James' Qualification
James E. Lynn, Sr., a certified welder, worked 23 years for Marathon LeTourneau building off-shore oil rigs until the company temporarily closed its doors in 1987. James' father and grand-father operated as commercial fishermen on the Mississippi River, catching, dressing, and selling fish to Vicksburg residents. James learned boat building from his father, and his father learned from his father. Three generations later, James has made a career out of fabricating and manufacturering his aluminum "Lynn Custom Boats" and galvanized steel "Lynn Custom Trailers" to handle the rigors of the Mississippi River. James' 50 plus years of experience on the Mississippi River as an expert boatsman, fisherman, and manufacturer makes him a qualified professional in the marine industry.
